American CPR & Safety, Inc. educates all people throughout Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin in the art of attending to emergencies.  This company was incorporated in 1997, however, it has been very active since 1991.  It is a leading educational institute, training with the upmost respect for our business clients, public service personel and our fellow citizens. 

American CPR & Safety, Inc. is proud to be on board with the following national programs.  We are an Educational Center for AAOS Emergency Care and Safety Institute.  We are an affiliate faculty member of the largest Multi Regional Training Center for the American Heart Association.  The company is certified through the Emergency Regulatory Board of the State of Minnesota to train First Responders.  We are also POST approved.  We are also a training center for the National Safety Council.   Why be a member of so many programs?  American CPR & Safety, Inc. desires to give our clients choices and the best education possible.

American CPR & Safety, Inc. will only employ Emergency medical services members and seasoned instructors.  The company also does backgound checks on all instructors for the safety and well being of our clients.  The company is also proud to be a member of the Better Business Bureau.

American CPR & Safety, Inc. will also supply clients the most up to date personalized first aid kits and supplies.  We offer consultation and sale of the Automatic External Defibrillator.  We will also keep in touch with our clients via informative monthly newsletters and if the occasion arises, we will help with post event debriefing for our clients.  

Shannon Madden, president…..

Shannon Madden founded American CPR & Safety, Inc.  She noticed the urgent need for a medical training institute with a professional and kinder outlook and approach on training and instruction. She set forth to improve the atmosphere in which all people may learn emergency skills. Shannon has over 25 years of personal experience and training in her field. 

Shannon is a retired fire fighter/medical officer and an active EMT- Intermediate. She also has a career in teaching and nursing.  Her multiple service background explains why the education and training from  American CPR & Safety is unsurpassed.  She expects nothing but the best from herself and her fellow EMS instructors.
