Worker Designation – This role is hybrid. This means you will be expected to report to one of our Aflac offices located in New york City, NY for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

Education & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Two to Four years of work related experience

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for general communication to the field force, contributing to weekly State newsletter, distributing HQ state emails and announcements, and managing state web site; tracks promotions associated with state convention and works directly with vendors and travel agencies; distributes all state contest flyers and contest tracking
• Responsible for tracking all reissues and production within the state; manages all escalations through field liaison tracking and distribution of information to the field
• In coordination with HQ, manages the exception request from agents for state contest and provides SSC with exceptions for approval
• Prepares a variety of complex and routine reports and mailings, tracks sales data via daily, weekly, and monthly reports; coordinates daily workflow of administrative territory office; acts as a liaison between various market offices to resolve issues, acquire information and establish procedures for a variety of field force matters such as claims, contest qualifications and exceptions
• Provides leadership to Market Specialist and Coordinator, and supports market office in efforts to coordinate various programs, contests and special projects/initiatives; drives the coordination of broad projects; monitors project plans and execution progress to resolve any variances and provides accurate communication to stakeholders
• Provides Power Play updates in addition with past performance tracking and assist with pushing pended issues forward
• Responsible for Awards and award tracking to include all sales school contest; works with vendor to obtain and distribute state awards
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Total RewardsThis compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circ*mstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate.
